Compact, lightweight design
Zoom and brightness flexibility
No shadow detail during testing
Hard to see fine detail in 1080p video
Intro
The Epson PowerLite 1775W ($1199 MSRP) is a little firecracker of a projector. It’s super-compact and lightweight, considering the 1280 × 800 (WXGA) resolution. For 720p video, it’s hard to beat, though we didn’t love the 1080p video quality. If you need a projector that you can throw in a bag for group movie or video game night, this is a great choice.
